Cambridge
sculptor Lucy Churchill has trained and worked with some of the best
carving, masonry and lettering workshops in the UK. Her architectural
carvings can be found at Windsor Castle, York Minster, Ely Cathedral and
also on contemporary projects such as the Peace Garden in Sheffield, and the
Tibetan Peace Garden at the Imperial War Museum in London. She has taught
stone carving at the City and Guilds of London Art School, Portland
Sculpture and Quarry Trust, Dorset, and Morley College, London. Her stone
carvings are outstanding, reflecting a sensitive but strong visual approach
